Praying for seven injured Los Angeles (CA) City Fire Department firefighters from an explosion, three in critical condition

Our Merciful Lord, we, in the law enforcement community across America join with firefighters across America as they are surround the men and women of the Los Angeles Fire Department in which seven were injured in this explosion of which three are in critical condition. O’ Lord, as we know this explosion has affected countless members of the Los Angeles Fire Department members and their families, we come boldly before Your Throne of Grace and lift them into Your Arms of Love. May the power of Your Holy Spirit fill them with love, grace, peace, mercy, comfort and most of all Your presence to carry them through this near-death incident. May You grant the investigators wisdom to determine all of the facts surrounding this incident. May the men and women of the Los Angeles Fire Department be drawn ever so close to Your Side Lord to intimately know Your Word says, “I will never leave you nor forsake you”; and, "The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped." So Lord, as this has affected so many in the firefighting community in California and across America, may many be drawn ever so close to Your Side to intimately know Your peace that passes all understanding. May this be used as a training aid to prevent similar incidents in the future. May those who have been so emotionally, physically and spiritually affected at this near-tragedy know Your Word says, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Lord, we are so thankful for these firefighters and every other firefighter across America who willingly place their lives on the line every day to protect the lives of others. Lastly, may You raise up Godly men, women, chaplains and Godly firefighters to share the love of Jesus to many who are hurting so deeply. May many come to know Your Son in a real and personal way, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
